Rockstar has released the first in a Max Payne 3 Design and Technology Video Series. The first focuses on targeting mechanics, movement and animation, enemy intelligence and other technical design innovations going into building Max Payne 3.

Max Payne 3 will be released March 2012 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
