Its pretty easy to "bitch slap" these fanboys. I can actually have objective opinions, but since I can for a complete logical thought I'm already one-step ahead of people like Handwipe. I don't think this game is going to be some god-send, but it certainly looks to live up to the graphics it promised back in 05 (something most critics say was impossible). Killzone 2 is going to make those critics (from places like 1up.com) eat their own words by the shovel full. Instead of just taking it like a "man", the critics are now just picking at ANYTHING to validate their bias fanfag360cornhole existence.
From playing the first Killzone on the PS2 is was ok, but not the brightest spark for the Playstation. But I do think it might do well on the PS3, but I don't think it will beat COD 4 standards.
killzone 2 will be a great sequel 2 killzone 1 but does any one know what ever happend to jan and the other characters from killzone 1 because i really hoped that they would return for killzone 2
hey bumblebee john m is telling the truth you are a angry person but that what makes comment boards interesting but dont over do it u dont want to get to angry that you go on a blind rage and decide to kill john m whose real name is matt c but i wonll you his last name
As I already stated, I thought your first comment was retarded, which it was. But after reading your reply I can see that you are much, much dumber than I originally thought. I think your grandma ****ed her father and your mother ****ed her brother before you popped out.
"Crysis was a nice looking game, but how many enemies were on the screen at once? How much processing was going on at once? Not that much."
Are you ****ing kidding me? There is a reason Crysis is the most demanding game ever created, because it has the most advanced graphics engine and there is a SHITLOAD of things happening on screen at once. You claim to have played the game but obviously havent. I actually own the game and I can tell you that there is a ton of enemies on screen, not to mention tanks, helicopters, explosions, smoke, particle effects, all in DX10 glory (something the PS3 isn't capable of), all happening at once, AND you can see off into the horizon, no fog, no pop-in. The game doesn't just have the most detailed jungle ever created but the most detailed, photo-realistic world ever in a video game. Your comments are so dumb and ignorant, the only explanation is you must be some seriously inbred piece of garbage. Do you live in Kentucky by any chance? I bet you play the banjo better than the retard from Deliverance.
KZ2 doesn't deserve to be compared to Crysis. Not even close.
Actually, bumblebee has a very valid point about Crysis...there really wasn't too much goin' on at once screenwise...but it was a sleeper hit, just like the first Killzone...
If you ask me, Sony should focus on hypin' THIS game up, instead of tryna build up that Haze bullshit, which has absolutely NO innovation/eye-appeal whatsoever...even the demo is bland...
...oh, I'd also like to add that, although entertaining, lookin' at you two (bumblebee and Handwipe) go at each other's necks over a videogame is like watching two limbless retards in a PrideFC match...in slow motion...
Killzone 2 looks more perfect every time i see it i will be getting this game on day 1 no matter what. Gears of War 2 won't even come close to this graphics not even Crysis this game will make the rest look like amateurs well not Resistance 2. PS3=Gamer Dream System Where Real Gamers Play.
If Killzone 2 came out in 2005 with graphics looking like the infamous CGI trailler Sony was flaunting it would have been INSANE!!
Unfortunately for Sony the so called less powerful Xbox 360 console blew many people away with a little Gears Of War demo running on alpha kits in real time, grey or not grey this was no CGI trailer based on GPU or CPU calculations unlike Sony.
Its taken Guerilla almost 3 plus years after showing the CGI to get this thing looking close, However it certainly appears that Guerilla has managed to pull it off, but its not February 2009 just yet.
People forget that Gears 1 was in developement a good few years before Killzone 2, and it still remains the benchmark for many developers to date.
