GTA 5 screenshots show off transportation

A sports car, bicycle and a fighter jet with more screens to come this week.

Rockstar has released three new screenshots for Grand Theft Auto V in a blog post titled "transport".

The screens show a blue "Cheeta" sports car, a white road bike and a jet fighter. The Cheetah appeared in all PS2-era GTA games.

The blog post promises "more to come this week".

There's still no word on a release date for GTA 5.

Oh my... The sports bike... Escaping the filth down alleyways, weaving in and out of traffic and riding through areas that cars cannot... Then there is online! Oh my... Please hurry up Rockstar and release this game before I have no head left!

I know screenshots are designed to show off a game in its best light, but these look almost too photo-realistic. Guess I'm just trying to stop my expectations going through the roof.

The car registration number 56PMA440, does that give us any hints? No, type it into Google, all you'll get is the same speculation that you're currently thinking of.

Think I need to get in touch with this Connie. The Cheetah looks damn sexy and a proper road bike is interesting bet there is fonna be a tour de France style endurance race at some point and who doesn't like jets :)

Bikes are my favourite ground transportation in san andreas, when you get full bike skill you can jump (bunny hop) so high you can leap clear over cars and walls. Why go around when you can go over?
