Jaffe offers tease on next game

David Jaffe, God of War creator and current head of Eat, Sleep, Play, has revealed that his studio's next game will sit somewhere between the styles of brutal hack 'n slash God of War and the cartoon hijinks of Calling All Cars.

Jaffe was speaking during a Hot Topics DICE session with David Crane, the creator of Pitfall and G4's Adam Sessler.

The discussion also touched on casual games being offered on downloadable channels such as Xbox LIVE Arcade and PSN, with Jaffe pointing out that his own Calling All Cars failed to gain an audience on PSN, despite its casual gameplay and appealing visuals.
