The Buzz: Could the next Call of Duty be set in the future?
An anonymous insider has revealed to TalkPlayStation.com that Call of Duty 4 developer, Infinity Ward, is currently hard at work on a new project which is sci-fi themed.
"... we are currently working on a new sci-fi title, we cannot release any more information as of yet, we may or may not announce it at E3," said the source.
Is this the first info on what could be next year's entry in the Call of Duty franchise or an all-new IP designed to compliment the multi-million selling CoD franchise? It could of course be entirely bogus.
