After having previously been delayed, and following the success of the new Fallout TV on Amazon Prime Video, which scored an impressive 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, Fallout 4 is set to finally receive its next gen update which will improve the game in modern systems, as well as add new content. Players will soon be able to return to Bethesda’s open-world post-apocalyptic wasteland with improved visuals and performance, offering the definitive way to play the game going forward.
In a blog post, Bethesda detailed everything that will be included as part of the Fallout 4 next generation update that is due to be released on April 25th.

The Fallout 4 next gen update will be a free update that will be automatically downloaded on April 25th for all owners of the game on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X and will require no extra purchases.
