EA retweets message from the retailer.

Battlefield 4 has been shown off to GameStop – and presumably other partners of EA – at an event held yesterday, according to a Tweet from the retailer.

"Got to see Battlefield 4 today and all I can say is WOW! Thanks @EA for the sneak peek. Can’t wait for you all to see it. ^CEO #BF4" wrote GameStop CEO Paul Raines.

This message was later retweeted by the official EA Twitter account.

Perhaps the game will make an appearance at tonight's PS4 reveal.

Agreed with you there Thompo. I liked the singleplayer and the multiplayer was good too. I'm looking forward to Battlefield 4, but I rather see Bad Company 3!

It was the 360 version I had problems with and it was the last level where you and your partner burst through a door and one of you is held by the guy and it's quicktime rubbish.
Tried several times and my mate did it before with someone else but my game was clearly bugged.

Very annoying...Never mind all the other problems with the game. The PS3 single player was better than the 360 version easily.

I managed to get through the bugs unscathed in Co-Op. Had a blast with a mate trying to do the Metro one with no alerts at all. Though I think it was Operation Exodus (?!) where if you shot anyone with the hummers .50 cal, then the helicopter at the end wouldn't come and pick you up. I suffered through that a few times before learning..

I wanted the trophies though.. #Whore

With the 2 years they will have had since BF3, with the frostbyte engine already working and a decent grasp of how to use it effectively in MP, I'm actually hoping for a top notch SP. As long as its got some element of realism, however, I'll buy into the plot. Some more Co-Op would be appreciated too.

Maybe the whole campaign being Co-op, as well as the dedicated Co-Op section, could be fun! Just ramp up the amount of stuff the game throws at you! Imagine a 4 person Co-Op. I'm frothing at the mouth already.

Yeah I liked the single player but the pulling out after 8 months tcked me off.

The co-op I could never finish though as the cut scene would always cock up on it for me and it's a very common problem from youtube comments.

Speak for yourself, the campaign was decent. If you bought the game for the SP, then you're a bit of a fool.

It was long enough to be of some use, it made more sense than COD and served as a good platform for teaching people how to play online. That and it looked bloody good. The set pieces with the lighting effects were stunning. I also think they'd loose a large chunk of sales if it went MP only.
