Cheat mode:
Pause game play, then enter the "Fortress of Solitude" options menu. Enter one of the following codes at this menu to activate the corresponding cheat function.

God mode:
Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, Circle.

All power-ups:
Press Left, Circle, Right, Circle, Down, Circle, Up, Down, Circle, Circle.

All unlockables:
Press Left, Up, Right, Down, Circle, Circle, Circle, Up, Right, Circle.

Unlimited city health:
Press Circle, Right, Circle, Right, Up, Left, Right, Circle.

Unlock Bizarro:

this game easy just fly around on the second level, pick up objects and move out of the way before obrakast blasts youthen come in closer (still flying) and throw at him
just try it :)
it took me 6 hrs 4 mins and 34 seconds to complete the game
