The upcoming PAL release of Kingdom Hearts II will be released in 50Hz, but will run borderless and at full speed.
Last week Square Enix announced that Kingdom Hearts II is to arrive in Europe on September 29, and today comes news that it won't be some slap-dash PAL release. According to Square Enix the PAL release will be optimized to run at full speed and without borders, just as was the case with Dragon Quest: The Journey of the Cursed King.
They've also said that the November release of Dirge of Cerberus will feature the same optimization. Good news for PAL gamers all round then.
