The Associated Press is reporting that L.A. Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has accused Rockstar and Take-Two of running a misleading ad campaign and engaging in unfair competition.

According to the article Delgadillo is seeking civil penalties against Rockstar and its parent company Take-Two, and is requesting that in the future the companies disclose all the content of their games.

"Businesses have an obligation to truthfully disclose the content of their products - whether in the food we eat or the entertainment we consume," said Delgadillo.

It isn't just Rockstar and Take-Two who are under investigation as the lawsuit is part of a larger goal of investigating the marketing of violent videogames.
