THQ's Cars spends its third consecutive week at the top despite sales dropping 17%. GTA: Liberty City Stories is still going strong, and at its budget price point is sure to stick around for many more months. Budget releases proved a big success this week with EA's The Sims and Need for Speed: Most Wanted both making progress up the chart.
On its second week on release SingStar Anthems makes a move for stardom, up nine places from No.20 to No.11. Likewise, THQ's Monster House managed a top-20 entry in its second week, resting at No.18 on the back of the movie release, and will hope to pick up more momentum in the coming weeks.
No new releases made the top-40, and the only release of any note was Ascaron's Darkstar One, which only managed No.4 in the PC Full Price chart. This week is also very drab in the way of new releases, so you can expect more of the same in regards to chart positions in next week's chart.
