KOEI has announced the September 28 release of GrimGrimoire for PlayStation 2.
GrimGrimoire, co-developed by renowned RPG specialists Nippon Ichi and Vanillaware, follows a young girl called Lillet Blan on her first few days at a prestigious magic school.
On her fifth day she awakens to find that everyone at the school has vanished. She is then transported back to her first day at the school and must relive her past to prevent the mysterious disappearance.
To get the bottom of what happened Lillet is helped by an army of elves and fairies and when enough experience is gained she has the ability to summon demons and dragons.
Fans of Japanese RPGs should keep an eye out for GrimGrimoire when it's released across Europe on September 28.
