Guitar Hero Metallica bundle for Europe

Activision today announced a European exclusive Guitar Hero Metallica Solo Guitar Gem bundle which includes an exclusive guitar controller faceplate featuring the iconic Metallica skull motif, a copy of the game and a wireless guitar controller.

Guitar Hero Metallica will allow fans to experience what it's like to be part of world-renowned metal and rock band, Metallica, while shredding on the guitar controller, ripping on the drum kit controller and wailing on the mic to a set list of over 45 hits from both Metallica’s career and more than 20 popular artists selected by the band.

The game will also feature an all-new Expert+ drum difficulty setting, available for all platform versions of the game, featuring two bass drum kick pedals for an authentic Metallica experience.

Guitar Hero Metallica is scheduled for release across Europe and in Australia on May 22, 2009 and in the UK on May 29, 2009 for the Wii, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS2.

I'm pleased that they've announced this (I've been hoping they would :)), because I don't have any GH instruments, so this makes the game more approachable now that the instrument's packed in - and I can use it with other GH discs, which is good. Then, I can just buy the other bits, whenever, to enable full, band-in-the-living-room play.

More likely to check this one out, now.
Although, there's lots of other games I'm more likely to spend more time with, coming to shops, soon.
