Bully gets renamed, but release is on schedule

Rockstar's Bully has been given a name change, and is now to be known as Canis Cadem Edit.

If you don't speak Latin then the name translates to Dog Eat Dog, certainly a much less controversy baiting title. No reasons for the sudden name change have been given, but one only has to look at the uproar surrounding the game to get an idea as to why a less headline grabbing title has been chosen.

According to Rockstar, the name change will not have an impact on the game's release date, a spokesperson informing Eurogamer that, "The game is set for release in October."
