EA has announced that there will be another LOTR game, a new Sim City title, plus a next-gen version of Black.
During its post-earnings conference call to investors, in addition to revealing plans for a host of new The Sims titles, EA has announced several other new titles.
"There will be another Lord of the Rings [game]... There's a new SimCity game in the pipeline and the next-generation version of Black," said EA chief financial officer Warren Jenson.
It's not exactly clear when these titles will be released, Jenson stating that the titles "are all new, relative to fiscal '07. The confusion lies in whether he means the titles will be released in fiscal 07 (April 2007 - March 2008) or simply be part of the company's financial plan for the year.
