World of Warcraft Expansion pack named

German ratings board leaks details of Games Convention demo.

The website of the German ratings board USK has revealed that the next WoW expansion pack is to be called World Of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. The website lists the title as an 'add-on' and indicates that it will be shown at this month's Games Convention in Germany.

Earlier this week leaked documents fuelled rumours that the expansion pack is to be set in WoW's icy Northrend world, though official confirmation is yet to emerge.

The previous WoW expansion, The Burning Crusade, was released back in January and set new record sales across the world.
