UFO: Afterlight coming to Europe on February 23

Ascaron Entertainment has announced the February 23 release of UFO: Afterlight, the third game in the UFO strategy series.

Developed by Altar Games, UFO: Afterlight looks to build on the gameplay, tactics and storyline established with Aftermath and Aftershock, and also introduces a collection of new features and a strong RPG element.

The game is described as mixture of squad-based tactical action and global strategy, with players taking on a commanding role of an elite ground troop force. Players will also have to mange resources and expand the home base.

UFO: Afterlight is scheduled for release in the UK on February 23, 2007 and will be published by Cenega.
