Game remains in development at Surreal Software.

Reports over night suggested that This Is Vegas had been canned, with retailers informing customers that they would not be receiving stock of the game and refunding those who had pre-ordered the title.

However, Warner Bros. has confirmed that the former Midway Games title has not been cancelled.

"This is Vegas has not been cancelled," a Warner Bros. spokesperson told G4TV. "The game is currently in production."

Last we heard the game was in development at Seattle-based Surreal Software.
