CD Projekt to become a publicly traded business.
The Witcher developer CD Projekt is set to become a publicly traded business on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with Polish PC company Optimus set to acquire the studio.
The stock only acquisition will see the owners of CD Projekt become the primary shareholders.
CD Projekt is best known for RPG The Witcher and also operates the digital distribution service Good Old Games.
