Publisher has a 'number of terrific IPs that would make great MMOs'.
Speaking to Massively, Jack Emmert, Cryptic Studios chief creative officer, has revealed some of the benefits of its recently announced acquisition by Atari.
"Atari has a great pool of resources - PR, marketing, distribution, etc. Atari also has a number of terrific IPs that would make great MMOs. Mostly, this acquisition allows Cryptic to focus solely on the business of making great MMOs," said Emmert.
