Starship Troopers enters atmosphere

Release date and demo announced for Empire Interactive and Strangelite's first-person shooter.

The game is based on the 1997 Paul Verhoeven Sci-Fi alien gore fest Starship Troopers, and has been given a launch date of October 26th in the UK, with a playable demo arriving in a few weeks.

There is no news if the demo will let us play with Denise Richards' bazookas, or if they'll even be included in the game, but we can dream. Bazookas or not, we'll bring you more on the game closer to lift-off.
