How to screenshot on ASUS ROG Ally

There are actually two different ways to screenshot the ASUS ROG Ally.

  • Press the A button while holding down the M1 or M2 buttons.
  • Navigate to the command center and press the ‘Take Screenshot’ button.

These ways will both capture a screenshot and save it to your ASUS ROG Ally, provided you have not changed the settings of the device itself. For example, you can remap the buttons on the ASUS ROG Ally, meaning you can change the exact button shortcut for taking a screenshot.

You can also edit and customise your Command Center layout, allowing you to remove the ‘Take Screenshot’ option. If you’ve done this and want to bring it back you can go to Settings > Edit Command Center.
