180 creatures currently available to check out and the Creature Creator tool isn't even out yet.
The Spore Creature Creator tool will be available from June 17, but it's already possible to view the current Sporepedia which details 180 creature creations.
Once the Creature Creator is available expect the number of creatures to grow at a ludicrously rapid pace.
The great thing about Sporepedia is the ease at which Spore players can import a creature into their Creature Creator. The website says it's as easy as saving a thumbnail image of the creature on Sporepedia, then simply dragging the image into the Spore Creature Creator.
