Xbox 360 Risen not delayed in UK

Game still on track for an October 2 release.

Publisher Koch Media today confirmed that upcoming RPG Risen, from developer Piranha Bytes, will be released on October 2 for PC and Xbox 360. The previously announced delayed release for the Xbox 360 version, which saw the game pushed back until early 2010, only applies to the game's North American release.

Risen is set in a medieval world on a volcanic Mediterranean island, and features a story which unfolds over four chapters, offering players multiple ways to develop the story based on the actions and decisions made in the game.
