NVIDIA users offered free games on Steam

Includes an extended Portal demo and Peggle Extreme.

Because of the popularity of NVIDIA graphics cards amongst Steam users, Valve has announced it has entered into an agreement with NVIDIA to collaborate on development, distribution, events and more.

What this means to Steam users is the immediate availability of free games if you're running a PC with NVIDIA hardware. If you qualify you have free access to Portal: First Slice (an extended demo), Half-Life 2 Lost Coast, Half-Life 2 Death Match and the wonderfully addictive Peggle Extreme.

All NVIDIA users need to do is load up steamgames.com and follow the instructions. If you're running the right hardware Steam will detect this and hand over the free stuff.
