Mirror's Edge 2 has appeared on EA's Help Center days after the game was first outed by Amazon.

The listing on EA's official site (spotted by NeoGAF) appears to confirm rumours that a sequel to DICE's first-person free-runner is on the way, with current rumours suggesting the game may be an Xbox One-exclusive.

Mirror's Edge 2 was first listed (and later removed) by Amazon Germany last week, before appearing on Amazon Italy's website yesterday.

EA has yet to officially announce the game, but is expected to reveal its next-gen line-up at E3 next month.

At this point I'd be very disappointed if there wasn't even a glimpse of Mirrors Edge 2 at E3. I don't mind what platform(s) it comes out for, as long as it does come out.

I kind of doubt it will be an XB1 exclusive though. Unlike Platinum games who are a independent studio that own Beyonetta, DICE is a subsidiary of EA, and I seriously can't see EA making exclusives anymore... Unless Microsoft gave a big bag of money and said "We want an exclusive!"

" Next year I might attempt a video game media blackout starting in May until E3."

While that would be very nice, such news tends to proliferate so as to appear pretty much everywhere... :-/

It's a shame that these things always happen leading up to E3. All of the software that could potentially be an exciting E3 reveal gets leaked weeks prior to the event and leaves us complaining because there were no big reveal surprises.

Ubisoft should be applauded for last years Watch Dogs reveal. We were all in the dark about it until that conference, but remember the shared excitement we all felt as the trailer/gameplay video was presented. Perfect E3 moment.

Next year I might attempt a video game media blackout starting in May until E3.

Hmmm... I suppose it *could* be a Bayonetta/Nintendo-like deal, if so - which would make sense to some degree...
