Cyanide Studios has announced the launch of the official website for its hack 'n' slash action RPG Loki.

Loki gives players the ability to take the role of four different characters, each coming from a different mythology. You have a Norse fighter, a Greek warrior, an Egyptian magician, and an Aztec shaman. As your chosen character you must embark on an epic journey in a quest to defeat the Egyptian god of darkness and evil, Seth. On your way you will meet and fight over 100 monsters, including mythological creatures such as Fenrir the giant wolf and the Minotaur in his labyrinth.

The game will feature cooperative play allowing you to adventure with friends, and a PVP battleground so you can to take on your foes. Loki's website is a little bare at the moment with a forum and some screens being all that's currently on offer. The site should be filled with more content running up to the game's PC release in September.
