Atari bringing Legendary: The Box to PAL gamers

The first-person shooter will be released on PC and next-gen consoles in summer 2008.

Atari has announced an agreement with Gamecock Media to co-publish the upcoming FPS Legendary: The Box in PAL territories.

Developed by Spark Unlimited, Legendary: The Box will put players in the shoes of Charles Deckard, a man tricked into stealing the mythical Pandora's Box. Unable to resist he opens the box and unleashes hordes of creatures into the world.

What follows promises to be an action-packed FPS with the player having to fight off werewolves, gryphons and other creatures of ancient lore in dynamic and destructible environments including London and New York.

Legendary: The Box is scheduled for release on PC and next-gen consoles in summer 2008.
