Huxley has been in development for years, basically it's a Massively Multiplayer Online FPS set in a persistent world which includes questing, team battles, arenas (up to 40 players according to some reports) character development and all the usual features of an MMORPG, based on the Unreal Engine 3.
There is also a 360 version in the works.
I haven't checked out whether there'll be a fee to play or not, but I think most Webzen games are usually pay to play or based on microtransactions. Guess we'll find out nearer release.
