Happy Wars, the free-to-play multiplayer action game which has proved a hit on Xbox 360, is now heading to PC, Toylogic has announced.

In the game up to 30 players take part in matches filled with sieges and magical battles.

A closed beta will begin on April 30, with sign-ups now open if you wish to put your name down to take part. Only a limited number of users will be invited to the beta, testing out game features such as online multiplayer, co-op and Single player modes, and the collecting and powering up of items.

Happy Wars for Xbox 360 was released via Xbox LIVE Arcade in October 2012, and has so far been downloaded more than 6 million times.

The final PC game is expected to launch later this year.
