Guild Wars 2 launch date June 30, claims Amazon.de

Amazon beginning to take pre-orders.

Guild Wars 2 may launch June 30, according to a date available on Amazon.de.

The German branch of Amazon has already begun taking pre-orders for ArenaNet's upcoming MMO, suggesting Guild Wars 2 will see a release relatively soon.

However speaking with Massively, publisher NCsoft West stated there is no official release date for the title.

"We have not released an official launch date within 2012 as feedback from our closed and open marketing betas will help us determine an exact release date. We will release Guild Wars 2 when it is ready."

Guild Wars 2's open beta will begin this March, according to its studio.
