85-year-old grandmother files lawsuit against Take Two after she was damaged when learning of the sex mini-games.

Florence Cohen, who had bought what she believed to be an M-for-Mature rated videogame for her 14-year-old grandson, claims she was "damaged" after learning of the sex mini-game accessible in GTA: San Andreas.

Cohen seeks class-action status for those who have purchased San Andreas. Take Two are accused of "Consumer Deception", "False Advertising", "Common Law Fraud," and "Unjust Enrichment," with damages sought in excess of $5 million.

Laurence D. Paskowitz, the lawyer representing Cohen, said: "They should really make sure this doesn't happen again," speaking of Take Two. "The least this company can do is offer refunds."

We don't know how she was damaged by the game, but we can only assume that the shock of hearing about the mini-game (we don't know if the grandson actually played this mini-game) caused her to injure herself somehow. We're hoping that this case will be laughed out of court, but given the uproar surrounding GTA at the moment, anything could happen.
