Midway has confirmed that the PC version of Gauntlet Seven Sorrows has been cancelled, making the game a console only title.
The news came after the website 3D Gamers reported that the PC-CD logo has been removed from the game's official site. Midway later confirmed that the title had, as expected, been cancelled for the PC.
This comes just weeks after Midway lost the designer J.E. Sawyer and Doom guru John Romero. At the time Midway insisted that their departure would not affect the game's development. At this time Gauntlet Seven Sorrows is still due for release this winter on Xbox and PS2.
