They seem to be aware of both activation key and Soft Anchor problems, seems just to be a combination of heavy demand and the way some key codes were printed. The official site is very slow running at the moment but there is an activation code checker on there which you can copy and paste your activation code into and it'll check if the O's are o's and the I's are 1's for you.
