The official Empire Earth II Ladder and National Championship begins today but don't worry if you haven't yet signed up as players can join throughout the season.
Players can take part in LAN games at local game centres as well as playing online. Prizes will be awarded at local weekly challenges and at the National Championship. Players can build up their rank by taking part in matches during the week.
More than $10,000 worth of prizes are to be given away, including Pentium 4 processors, Motherboards and NVIDIA graphics cards. The grand prize is a Top of the range Alienware computer.
Those players wishing to take part need to register on the iGames web site. The competition is unfortunately only open to players from North America.
