Flintoff returns as cover star for Cricket 07

EA has announced that Freddie Flintoff is the cover star for the upcoming EA Sports Cricket 07 for PS2 and PC.

England are hoping for Ashes success down under, and EA will be hoping that with the absence of the Brian Lara franchise (not due for release until the spring) that EA Sports Cricket 07 will clean up this winter. Here's what Flintoff had to say about being the EA Sports Cricket 07 cover star.

"It's great to return for the second year working with EA Sports. Their previous games have been a good source of entertainment and relaxation for myself and the team when on tour, and I'm sure the competition will be just as fierce this time round between the lads as we look to retain the Ashes on the Cricket 07 game, as well as looking to do it for real out in Australia," said Flintoff

The game will be released worldwide for PC and PS2 on November 17 to coincide with the start of the Ashes series.
