New storylines on the way for D&D Online

Keith Baker is to write new storylines for Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach.

Baker, who created the Eberron game world on which the D&D Online game world is based, is to produce new storylines for the MMO.

"Keith Baker is the creative genius behind Eberron, the setting for DDO. His fiction is sure to engage and entertain our players in the months to come," said Jeffrey Anderson, president and CEO of Turbine, Inc. "We are delighted to be working with him."

Baker got his breakthrough when he won a 2002 competition held by Wizards of the Coast, maker of the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. Baker's Eberron world was chosen from more than 11,000 submissions, and became the setting for the third edition of Dungeons & Dragons and D&D Online.
