DC Universe Online update makes grouping easier

Game Update 9 features new group buff.

DC Universe Online's upcoming content patch, Game Update 9, will make it easier for users to group together.

The new role-optional alerts system lets players queue for Alerts without having to first put together a balanced group. Additionally if the group is unbalanced, a team buff will be applied to make sure it is still possible to clear the area.

The update will also include Novice Raids, a new lower difficulty setting that lets users play through the endgame storyline of Fortress of Solitude, Kahndaq, and the Batcave.

DC Universe Online celebrated its first birthday this year, having seen over 3.6 million days of playtime logged in-game.

I really need to get my head out of the gutter and get more sleep. My smut-filled mind thought it said,

'...makes groupies easier'

I downloaded DCU ages ago but still haven't given it a go. I feel slightly intimidated by the whole MMO thing as I've never played one. Still, nothig ventured, nothing gained.
