Darkstar One patch coming very soon

Users experiencing problems with the retail release of Darkstar One won't have to wait long for a fix.

Darkstar One went on sale last week, and whilst gaining good sales across North America and Europe, an issue concerning the disc checking routine has hampered the game's performance on a small minority of systems. Not one to let the game's fans suffer, Ascaron has issued an apology to those affected and plans to release a beta patch today to resolve the issue.

The main symptom of the bug is a frame rate of around 10-20fps, so if you're experiencing performance problems which you can't explain, keep a look out for the patch.
