Crysis demo on September 25

PC gamers get to sample single-player Crysis demo the day Halo 3 launches on Xbox 360.

EA has announced that PC gamers will soon be able to sample an entire level from the Crysis single-player campaign. The demo is set to go live on September 25, which coincidentally is also the day Halo 3 launches for Xbox 360.

The first level, Contact, will provide gamers with first hand impressions of Crysis' stunning visuals, revolutionary Nanosuit gameplay and open-ended level design.

EA also promises that the demo will include a huge surprise from Crytek, but we'll have to wait until September 25 to find out what.

Crysis is scheduled for release only on PC on November 16.
