Previously unveiled under the working title Crossfire, Conflict: Denied Ops is the first next-gen outing in the acclaimed Conflict series. The game is an innovative two-player co-op first-person shooter from award-winning developers, Pivotal Games.

Set in today's volatile political climate in sensitive areas across South America, Africa and Russia, Conflict: Denied Ops will enable players to switch seamlessly between two operatives making it possible to lay down covering fire, explore diverging paths through levels, create distractions and pin the enemy under fire.

Thanks to Pivotal's new Puncture Technology, the game will feature destructible environments. Players will be able to shoot through walls to create sniping holes or blast through walls and take the enemy by surprise.

Conflict: Denied Ops is scheduled for release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in 2008.
