SEGA wants almost a million dollars from bankrupt publisher THQ relating to pre-orders of Company of Heroes 2 on Steam.
The publisher filed a claim worth $941,710.93 with the Delaware US Bankruptcy Court, which is the amount Valve paid THQ for pre-orders of the RTS on Steam.
20,755 pre-orders were made on Steam up to January 24, 2013, making $1,345,301.29. Valve took its 30 per cent cut, which left THQ with $941,000.
SEGA says that $508,877 of the money was paid to THQ after the firm filed for bankruptcy on December 19, 2012.
THQ's Creditors claim they are owed more than $200 million.
