Don't know if Italy would be appropriate as they surrendered in 1943 without much of a fight. And a logical thing to do with the campaign would to move on the plot of Able Company. And that is after D-day ---> 1944. But thumbs up for Eastern Front! Battle for Stalingrad would be great! Reply

Just imagine a hypothetic war of Russia and USA (not to far I Think...) with some allies for each one (Something Like Chinese and NATO). I there is already a game like that but it sucks...(yeah, it's world in conflict!). Just imagine a COH II with all the new weaponry we have right now. All the original bombs, tanks, infantry, etc.Dude...we will all need a new pair of glasses....!!! Relic OWNZ	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post id love russia to be involved and a german tutorial and campaign im fed up of teaching ma friends how to use whermacht i think russians would go along the lines of this; they gain vet by adding an officer to their squad but the difference is as the officer gains vet you get the choice to pas it down to the squad he is trailing permenantly. Also you have huge squads and gain lots of manpwoer but not much munitions and fuel also the t34 would be really cool and katusha's would even up the odds against stukas and flaks. pls tell me wht u think of my ideas? Scorch626	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post russian officers were called commisars and executed any soldier in signs of doubt they also shot any deserters but a good idea anyway and the russians could have say the largest squads of infantry but the least equiped , i beileve that the russians also had women in there army as sharpshooters pilots and tank drivers and they made scarcrows of hitler like insulting ones and whenever a german tried to take one down booommmm!!! I have also always wished that there was a strategy game (especially one with the stunning graphics of COH) that you could choose a first person view, you would not have a gun or anything but you would still be able to move and crouch and lay down, or maybe a gun that shot but did not damage to add to the realism, that would be awesome! You could then return to the main view to order the troops around. My friends and I have always loved staging ambushes and cool battles against each other and things like that and it would be much better to watch, from say a snipers POV or maybe the average infantry man. It would also be cool if you could set it so that you could still die in FPS view. That would be amazing. They should then, following COH2, make a COH in modern day. That would be the most amazing thing ever! Reply

I have looked around and it seems that everywhere the original was posted in 2007 and all cite the same post. Is it possible that he was just messing with us, it has been cancelled, or that possibly someone got his password or hacked his account to mess with us? I have not found a single mention of any other source than that one post... I am thinking that it is not really happening. I of course am not sure as I have no Relic connections but that is what it seems like to me. Reply

It is called Company of Heroes Online. It is only being released in China... They have not made any plans to release it in any country outside of Aisia... That sucks. The worst part is that the game includes a multiplayer campaign. Reply
