EA has released a playable demo of the highly anticipated Command & Conquer 3 for PC.
Coming in at 1.2GB, the demo gives players access to a tutorial, two different missions as the Global Defense Initiative and a one-versus-one skirmish map where you can play as GDI against Brotherhood of Nod (AI controlled). Both factions included in the demo feature all their units.
Obviously this is just a teaser of what you'll get in the full game, but early impressions are very positive. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars as well as a special Kane Edition are scheduled for release for PC on March 30. An Xbox 360 version is also on the way, although this is thought to be a few months behind the PC game.
Look out for a review closer to the game's release.

The demo is great fun. It felt a lot like Company of Heroes gameplay-wise, and the video cut scenes are excellent in their hi-def glory.
