Play Champions Online for free

One week trial launched in celebration of the game's first anniversary.

Atari and Cryptic Studios have announced they will celebrate the first anniversary of superhero MMO Champions Online with several promotional initiatives for both loyal and new fans.

New customers can play Champions Online for free beginning Wednesday, September 1 at 6pm BST to Tuesday, September 7 at 6pm BST. For more information head over to the Champions Online website.

Fans will also be able to do some shopping during the Champions Online Anniversary Sale. All C-store merchandise will be 20 per cent off with the exception of the new Millennium Costume Set from Wednesday, September 1 at 6pm BST to Tuesday, September 7 at 6pm BST.
