Chocks away tomorrow for Battlestations: Midway demo

Xbox 360 gamers to get a sneak peek of World War II action on Thursday.

Fans of WWI games will be bidding tally ho to the January blues tomorrow (Thursday) when a demo of Battlestations: Midway touches down on Xbox Live Marketplace.

A multiplayer map - Island of Solomon - will pit American forces against the Japanese and, in order to triumph, players must wipe out the opposition's air and naval bases, as well as their aircraft carrier.

Battlestations: Midway brings to life the epic naval battles of World War II and promises an innovative blend of action and real-time strategy gameplay, in which players can instantly switch between every vehicle under their command.
