Battle for Middle-earth II expansion on the way

EA community manger Aaron Kaufman has confirmed the existence of The Battle for Middle-earth II: The Rise of the Witch King.

Earlier in the week a user on the Middle Earth Vault forums commented on seeing a Battle for Middle-earth II expansion at the recent Comic-Con event in San Diego. The post says that the expansion focuses on the Witch-king before the War of the Ring, and features new units, powers and buildings.

EA Community Manger, Aaron Kaufman has now confirmed the expansion's existence. Posting on the GameReplays forum under the alias 'EA Apoc', Kaufman said that the expansion is titled "The Rise of the Witch-king" and promised more information "later this week."
