Aion confirmed for September 25

NCsoft's latest MMO to be available at retail and digitally.

NCsoft has announced that Aion, a new MMO in which players take on a key role in a war between divine beings that will determine the fate of the world, will launch in Europe on September 25, 2009. The MMO will open its doors in North America on September 22.

Aion will be available at leading retailers and will also be released digitally at NCsoft.com, Direct2Drive and Steam.

It's also possible to get access to the live game servers 48 hours before other players by pre-ordering from participating retailers.
