Blizzard Entertainment has announced that the anticipated expansion will be open to the public at this week's convention.
The Wrath of the Lich King demo will allow players to adventure in the Howling Fjord region of Northrend and test their mettle in Utgarde, a five-person dungeon.
In addition to Wrath of the Lich King, attendees of Games Convention will also have the opportunity to play StarCraft II, Blizzard's highly anticipated RTS. The game's European debut will enable players to sample the new units of the Terran race and play as either the Terrans or the Protoss in single-player skirmishes and multiplayer battles on six maps.
Games Convention is open for trade on Wednesday, August 22 and to the public from Thursday, August 23 to Sunday, August 26.
