Wii U gets its first third-party accessories from Mad Catz

News

Includes a stereo gaming headset, charge dock and Wii U GamePad protective cover.

The first Wii U accessories have been announced by Mad Catz, with the product range planned for release in time for the console's launch.

The line-up includes the TRITTON Kunai Stereo Gaming Headset, PowerUp ChargeDock, and FlipStand Protective Cover.

"We’re excited to supporting Wii U with a full range of accessories including our new headset," said Darren Richardson, president and chief executive officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. "The new range is part of our strategy to bring innovative products to passionate consumers."

When I read the headline I for a moment thought that they had made a fighting stick, oh well the stand would look pretty good with a black Wii U
